We had issues with cell service/wifi, but other than that, it was a nice place. No AC, but it didn't get overly hot; plenty of fans were provided. It was high 80s+ during our stay. Beds were comfortable. There's no door on the loft; it's semi-private. Worked great for our stay!!

I love Sunriver, and was pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a home for my 40th birthday get away weekend for myself and friends. It was clean, well supplied and spacious for our seven guests to spread out. The living room was cozy with the fireplace, and the couch was very comfy! My only recommendation would be to get some new pillows and oven mits, we couldn't find any anywhere. The home itself was super easy to find, the back yard area was great for our pup and the long driveway and side parking was perfect for our three trucks. Definitely will be back, loved this home!

This is a typical Sunriver home. But some of the important things to me. The beds were comfortable, great sheets and linens. Parts of the house have been remodeled. The home and patio is at ground level and the bike path was right behind the house so our 4 and 6 years could scouter and bike all they wanted in our sight. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked and when we asked for a new frying pan ( the old was horribly) it was at our door first thing the next day. The leasing company is very responsive. I will definitely rent from Arrived again. The home is within walking and biking distance to the Sharc and village.

The house was cozy & all the rooms were spacious & comfortable enough for our large group. Everything was clean & organized. The kitchen had the necessary cooking utensils & dishes. Great outdoor space, eating area on the back porch, & hot tub. The house is a convenient distance to the Village (restaurants & groceries) & the SHARC. We had a hard time getting the TV in the living room to work (as well as the other rooms)-- it was confusing with the set-up/remotes & maybe would benefit from a “How to...” instruction sheet to make it more user friendly. Other than that, we had a great time while we stayed here & would return!

Great family home. Open design never felt crowded. Spacious and comfortable. Kids and grandkids enjoyed bikes, SHARC, walking trails, hot tub. Coffee beans and pot extra bonus.

We had a great experience communicating with Arrived, they handled a door code issue immediately. The house was clean and located really well for our needs. The only bummers were that one of the bikes had a flat tire and there was no pump provided, so our bike ride plan had to be scrapped, and the bigger beds weren't very comfortable. (The kids in bunks had no complaints.) Some of the outlets wouldn't hold on to plugs, so we had to get creative with charging locations, and there was a cabinet door in the kitchen that was really crooked because a hinge was super loose and ended up coming off. Had a lot of fun otherwise! Made use of the Sharc passes, cooked breakfast every morning, enjoyed the hot tub, etc.

The house was wonderful! Running/biking path directly behind house, great bikes, everything as advertised. All kitchen and grilling utensils available. Clean hot tub. Sleeping loft was huge (really an additional bedroom). Netflix was great for a kid movie night. Really solid family getaway!

This home was very clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, and supplies. It was nice they supplied the staples - plastic wrap, paper towels, pans, dishwashing soap, pool towels, trash bags, etc. There were six bikes that worked great! Very close and easy bike ride to the Sharc and Village.

This was the perfect getaway for my family. The home was stocked with everything we could have needed for a holiday feast (down to the potato masher and meat thermometer), as well as plenty of clean linens and soap. The decor was cozy and inviting. The most surprising thing by FAR though was how clean everything was! Every inch of the home was spotless and organized when we arrived. From the bathrooms to the fireplace to the hot tub, it was evident that time and effort had been spent on making this home as clean as possible. We will definitely be looking for Sunriver Pines managed properties in the future.

Very cozy Family Christmas and base for Snowmobiling Fun!

First off Jennifer at SunRiver Pines was amazing, a great wealth of information & did everything she could to make booking this house super easy! 8 Leisure was a great cozy home during the beautiful snowy season in Sunriver. My husband & I spent 9 days at this little cabin & my family joined us for 4 days w/ a total of 6 adults and 1 child. We had a little trouble getting into the house as we arrived at night & the lockbox was frozen but Jennifer was immediately available by phone & helped us gain access! The house was very clean on arrival & we loved the master bedroom upstairs to spread out in! Since it was so snowy we did find some extra rugs on the shelves out in the garage that we put out to help with moisture control which was very helpful & necessary . All the beds were comfortable & there were plenty of blankets if we ever got cold (which we didn't need). We greatly appreciated the wood stove as we have one at home & used that as our main heat source during our stay (the furnace was there of course as a back-up). We would have appreciated the wood being stocked in it's holder for our arrival (since we arrived at night after a full day) & either kindling or axe to make fire starting material. We happen to have a hatchet & was able to use that. We loved that there was an abundance of dry wood in it's outside covered spot! We got a total of over 3 ft of snow while we were there! The snow plows did a good job keeping the street and driveway clear. We really appreciated the extra side driveway for the snowmobile trailer so that we could easily fit the 25ft trailer, 1 ton pickup, & two other vehicles when we utilized the garage.The updated kitchen looked very nice & we were very impressed with the abundance of plates & utensils. It was perfect when my family was over for a few pre-christmas dinners for 7 of us with multiple courses. The hot tub was very clean & well maintained... we used it almost every morning & night to sit under the falling snow or starry sky. It fit 4 adults comfortably but had room if you wanted to get cozy and squeeze! We also appreciated the separate hot tub towels and the hooks for them outside! We took almost daily trips unto the Kappa Butte Snow Park to go snowmobiling which was about 25-30 min away. We also loved the ice rink & used the SHARK passes for the tubing hill which was great! We would definitely come back with a small group to enjoy this home again!

This house was very clean and well maintained. Bikes were all in working condition, the kitchen had all utensils needed, plenty of towels, and even some board games and puzzles in the closet. We had one minor issue with hot tub (it didn't seem to be getting hot). We called the number provided in the check in instruction packet and the repairman was there in minutes. Water was hot by the same afternoon. Wonderful house, I'd definitely stay here again!

We loved the house. It was furnished nicely, big TV for watching March Madness. Had all the amenities we needed and a perfect location for short walks to the lodge, SHARC, or Village. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Sunriver. It fit our family of 5 with 3 extra kids perfectly.

Really nice house, with a bright living room. Good heating system during the winter, and as an addition a great wood stove with plenty of firewood providing extra heat. The kitchen is well equipped. 3 real bed-rooms with good beds and great mattresses. Everything is in perfect condition. Had to contact the service desk (out of Bend) a few times about snow removal and they responded quickly.

This passed weekend a group of us stayed at 8 leisure lane. We had a blast! Between the extra sleeping room we had, the hot tub, all of the kitchen amenities, it was so relaxing and really made it such an enjoyable weekend. We were able to leave the house during the day to go into Bend, lock up the house and feel safe knowing our stuff was protected. We were also able to bring our fur babies with us which we were SO excited about as many houses in Sunriver don't allow you to do so. We'll definitely be looking into this house again for future trips!
