Our fabulous Sunriver villa rentals offer living rooms with hardwood floors and stone framed fireplaces. You and your guest will love the tastefully appointed and comfortable sofas and chairs on which you can relax and watch a movie on the high definition, flat-screen television.If one of your guests wants to watch a different movie, that guest can always retire to their own room where her or she will find a television as well as a soft bed with top quality sheets. There are several bathrooms in our luxury homes in Oregon, and they come stocked with toiletries and fluffy towels for your comfort.
Our kitchens come stocked with anything you might need to make a fabulous meal or a quick midnight snack. The counters are easy to clean and there is a dishwasher for your convenience.
Our villas have their own private hot tubs for relaxing under the star-filled sky. The kids will never be bored when they see that they have their own ping pong table and internet access. You won’t have to worry about parking because you have your own garage and you will never have to look for a laundromat because you will have your own washer and dryer.

From world-class golfing, hiking and mountain biking in the summer to skiing and sledding in the winter, Sunriver is a fabulous place to visit. Offering something for every type of traveler, Sunriver is the perfect sort of vacation destination that you’ll want to return to again and again.
In winter, there are so many, many ways to enjoy the snow in Sunriver. Of course, nearby Mount Bachelor offers some of the nation’s best skiing, with 3400 acres of terrain operational from October through May. Beginners can enjoy learning with a group or private lessons, while experts can test their skills on all the black diamond runs. Ten chair lifts and 88 ski runs make Mount Bachelor a great place to play! Alternatively, if you’re seeking gentler types of snow entertainment, stop by one of the sno-parks in the area for cross-country and snowshoe trails, or give snowmobiling a try. Take the kids sledding and make memories that will last a lifetime! You can also ice skate on the seasonal rink at The Village, Sunriver’s outdoor mall.
For summer, the possibilities are practically endless. Golf is extremely popular in Sunriver, as there are a variety of both private and public courses, all with incredible mountain and river vistas. Trail rides are another great way to enjoy the local scenery, as well as to make friends with some lovely horses. Cycling is another perennial Sunriver favorite, with 34 miles of paved bicycle trails winding all around town, through pine forests and Sunriver’s Great Meadow, all the way to the Deschutes River and Benham Falls. It’s all quite flat and family-friendly, and many rentals come equipped with bicycles! If not, they’re easy to rent in Sunriver.
Water sports are notoriously popular in summer here in central Oregon, and Sunriver is no exception. Whether you’re into running the rapids on a kayak, trying a new challenge like stand-up paddling, spending the day on a curated fishing trip, or just gently floating down a lazy river, you can do it all here in Sunriver.
Another unique family activity to check out while you’re in Sunriver is the Oregon Observatory and Sunriver Nature Center. The observatory offers both daytime and nighttime viewing and boasts the largest collection of telescopes for public viewing in the United States. Paired with the Nature Center, where you can get up close and personal with majestic raptor birds, this is a must for families who love exploring science!
