My family and I came to Sunriver to ski Mt. Bachelor. This house was fantastic. Spacious, comfortable, and beautiful surroundings. The host had great communication. If I could stay here and live in this house, I would. One of the best ski vacation accommodations I have ever had. The hot tub after a day of skiing was superb.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our ski vacation. We stayed 8 nights. The main king bed was so comfortable. The bed was not as comfortable but fine. Hot tub was nice. Big kitchen. The staff was helpful when we needed the grill lol tank replaced on a Sunday. Very nice and clean.

We had some minor issues, hot tub key missing and trouble with the cable boxes. Two different times Madison came out to the house to assist us and could not have been more helpful, accommodating, patient, kind, friendly and understanding. She was an excellent customer service manager

We like it because it's a few miles north of the Village- thus less busy, but within walking distance of the north grocery store and fairly close to access the Lava Butte or Benham Falls pathways. We liked this home and location so much that we purposely planned our Sunriver stay around its availability. Will stay again in the future.

Relaxing, enjoyable snow getaway Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend here. We really loved the hot tub, especially when it was -4? outside! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Arrived management was very helpful and responsive to requests. We got snowed in one night and they not only came to clear the driveway but also helped reach out to the city to clear the street.

We had a wonderful time at Lark 4! The split level was perfect for our family of 5. My husband and I were in the upstairs master suite and my daughter, son in-law and grandson were in the downstairs space. The house was clean and had many amenities. We were a little worried that it didn't have AC, but we opened the windows and used the fans to bring the cool air inside. It worked very well! It helped that the temperatures during our stay were not very high.

Outstanding customer service from the moment we booked this home! Regular check in via text made us feel secure that all of our needs would be met. The home was lovely and in a great location for our family, including our young grandson being very close to Fort Rock Park. Having plenty of parking and the hot tub was a plus as was the great deck. We ate outside every evening. The home does not have A/C but the fans and cool nights made it just fine during the day.

The hot tub and patio furniture were lovely for enjoying the outdoor environment of this home. We stayed on some 85-90 degree days and were able to cool things down nicely at night by opening windows and closing the house up before it got hot. They have an indoor/outdoor thermometer to help evaluate when to open up and close down the house. The gas grill was great, and we cooked on it every night.

We come to Sunriver every year. This was an ideal location. The home was better than the pictures. Updated, very clean and everything we needed for our stay. This house is in the center of Sunriver, about a mile from the Village and a little less to the North Market. We would definitely stay here again. It's a very nice house with a reverse floor plan. The Master bedroom and living area were upstairs looking out into the pine trees. About the only upgrade needed is the TVs but that is not why you go to Sunriver so that was fine.
