Perfect getaway in sunriver! The location is ideal. Right across from the SHARC which is half way between the village (restaurants) and Fort Rock park which has a ton of pickleball courts among other things. Easy access to bike paths everywhere. The bikes provided with the home were perfect for our family. About 8 bikes to choose from but only 3 helmets so maybe bring your own. The house looked nicely renovated and had great views of the golf course. My family loved our stay here in sunriver.
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this house.

Overall rating 5/5 My family and I had a nice 2 week stay at Mtn View #35. The location is perfect for families and those that want to be closer to amenities such as the main pool, Sunriver Village, etc. The back patio and grass area also provides a really nice place to hang during the day and as the sun goes down. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space for our two families (4 adults & 2kids). Everything was great. The lawn out back was nice for the kids to kick a ball around and play frisbee. The mountain view was beautiful. Loved the selection of bicycles and the SHARC passes. Would absolutely stay here again.

It's very close to the SHARC pool and connected to the meandering walk and bike paths. The village is so pleant to walk around. Overall it was a great and relaxed stay. We would love to be back. Literally across the street from SHARC and nice 10 minute walk to the Village. Back porch and living room, overlook a Teebox on the golf course. Also plenty of grass in the backyard before the course to play on. House was clean and appliances were updated.

Our Experience for our first rental was Amazing. This special place had everything you could want when your away from home. We enjoyed our Great Views --- totally Amazing. My husband said with more homes to choose he said it will be hard to top off this view for such a great price with all the amenities nearby.... Thank you and we will do this again.

I came down for the wine fest and I was staying in a hotel in Bend, and it was horrible. I ran into Arrived and they hooked me up. They put me in this adorable little condo, with AMAZING views and in walking distance to SHARC where I was working for the weekend. I now know to call Arrived when I need a place in Sunriver.

Great location near the SHARC and view was awesome. Property photos and description were accurate. The townhouse was clean and had all the amenities. Nice having bikes available. We will definitely rent this unit again!

The location was perfect, being close to SHARC and the village, yet quiet and peaceful. The views of Mt. Bachelor and the golf course are beautiful. The decor was a bit dated, but it was clean and so comfortable. There were five ladies in our group, and the configuration of beds, etc., worked very well for us.

Comfortable house on the golf course, across road from SHARC, has all amenities including bikes, BBQ, wifi, full small kitchen. Beds very firm, sleeps 6-8 easily.

The location is excellent, right on a bike path, near SHARC and the Village. The house is in a complex and the outside space has neighbors close. The house was generally in good shape, though The deck needs to be replaced. And lastly, the cost is a bit high for what it is. If you're good with all that then this is a nice place.

Our favorite part was enjoying the sun either on the deck or on the grass while sipping a glass of wine and looking at the golf course and view of Mt. Bachelor. The availability of the bikes for our teenagers and easy access to the pool, trails and skiing made this an affordable week long stay.
We had a great vacation and loved the condo.

The living room furniture and deck furniture is OK. Everything else is great. Very well stocked kitchen. Only comment would be - take your own pillows with you. We went to Costco and bought pillows for our stay! That was the only glitch. View is exceptional!!! A 2 minute walk from SHARC if you're interested in using that facility. Such a handy location to the Lodge and the Village. We loved it.
