**Sidewalk and Walkway Repair project is underway in our constant efforts to beautify the Resort. The project is anticipated to last now through mid-June 2022. The scope of work includes cutting of concrete and excavation intermittently throughout the property. Work is limited to Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Heavy noise can be anticipated during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.**
**two (2) Tennis Court projects are set to begin Friday,September 1, 2023, which includes the conversion of two (2) Courts to accommodate the fastest growing sport in the world, Pickle Ball! Work hours are scheduled from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We anticipate the project to be completed by December 31, 2023. The scope of work will include the following: Resurfacing of Tennis Courts 3 & 4 (adjacent to the 3000 building). Conversion of Tennis Courts 7 & 8 to Pickle Ball Courts (lower beach path).*
