Great location with easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the Cascade River trail. Kitchen has all you need to cook a scrumptious meal, a nice selection of basic spices included. Home was clean with easy instructions to follow. A group of five adults had a great time enjoying the home and surroundings.

Great Stay for a Family Weekend at Oktoberfest We had a wonderful weekend stay during Oktoberfest. The home is a nice 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is super convenient—close to the Old Mill District and just a short drive to downtown Bend, which made getting around really easy. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a washer and dryer (though we didn't want to do laundry on vacation!). The only thing we would've appreciated was a few extra towels for the hot tub, but overall, it didn't take away from the experience. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this place. Could walk to the Hayden Amphitheater and mill district.! Bed was exceptionally comfortable, as was furniture in the living space. Nice to have a spa on the patio also. A big plus was having a garage to park our car. We did need a key to the back door, which exited to patio and garage, was a bit inconvenient to go around. Last day of our stay the WiFi did not work unfortunately We would definitely stay there again

This townhouse was perfect for my birthday weekend in Bend. We walked a short distance to the end of the street and then descended a staircase to shop, eat and attend a concert in the Old Mill District. The accommodations were very comfortable and the hot tub was large enough for 4 and very secluded. I would definitely stay here again.

We went there for the Goo Goo Doll concert for our daughter's birthday. It was our first time in Bend. We chose the place because it looked beautiful and within walking distance from the Amphitheater. The concert was cancelled at the last minute so we were all disappointed but the house was great. We enjoyed the hot tub/spa a lot. Walkable distance to town. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we visit Bend.

Beautiful home to stay in within walking distance of the amphitheater and the Old Mill district shopping area. Only issue I had was that the hot tub was too hot. 107 degrees is pretty warm. I am used to them being 104 or less. There may be rules I don't know about but we tried it the first night and even with the cover off for a while it was still too warm. Loved the home and the area otherwise.

The house “Tranquility on the Bluffs” was truly tranquil. I made reservations for myself and two other women which was very easy to do. The house was truly amazing. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining area and living room were comfortable. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean from top to bottom. It was nice to have a garage to park your car in. The Old Mill area was within walking distance. I would highly recommend the house and the agency. I hope to go back.

I can't thank the crew at Arrived enough for saving the day! I needed a rental property asap during an emergency water line break at my home. Crystal and Chris at Arrived were caring and found us a wonderful home within the hour. This was a beautiful and restful home on the bluffs above the old mill. The kitchen was stocked with everything a professional cook could desire. Great BBQ on the patio next to a large hot tub. Beds were super comfy too. All within a short walk down to the shops and river trail. It was a stress relieving stay. Thanks Arrived!

We appreciated being able to stay in this home for a concert. We walked miles on the river trails and enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the fresh coffee beans which is a treat.

House was equipped with necessities. Very easy check in and check out. It did get hot upstairs even with the AC on but ceiling fan helped a lot. Location was perfect! Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

This townhouse is perfect location near the Mill District. Walking distance to Amphitheater and shopping/dining and very easy drive to river parks. Perfect for a family or up to 3 couples. We enjoyed our stay and had great communication from host.

Place was clean and the kitchen well stocked. The hosts were accommodating to us by letting us check in an hour early. Loved it! Only thing, the light above the sliding glass doors outside, and the string lights didn't work. The switch actually felt hot to the touch when we tried them. Best have an electrician look at it. Thank you!

Perfect Amphitheater house

Our family of four stayed at this centrally located house for a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. It was a perfect location to be able to walk to the concert and then walk to and from shops and restaurants at the Old Mill District. Good location for floating the Deschutes River too! We had a fantastic time. The house is well stocked and well-maintained. Would highly recommend it

Overall, this rental was pretty good! We were close to the Old Mill District, enjoyed the hottub, and had plenty of space to lounge. The major downside is that there was only 1 towel for each person (3 bedrooms, 6 people, only 6 towels). No one wants to use the same towel for both drying off after using the hot tub and drying off after taking a shower. The beds could have been more comfortable, but otherwise everything was great.

This property is well appointed, clean, comfortable and a good value for the money. It's in a neighborhood called "The Bluffs", which is located close to Old Mill district. However, the property is not actually on the bluff (not a view). There's lots of entertainment channels on the big screen TV. The kitchen has generous tools for cooking was nice to see coffee beans, grinder, whipper etc. Some of the electrical outlets are not working and the kitchen faucet needs repair. Hot tub works great. Nice spacious garage. Heat in the house is very uneven...can be cold downstairs but very hot upstairs. Overall, this is not a luxury home but it was very nice to be here for four days and would recommend.

The home is very clean. All the appliances, including the TVs, appear to be new and high-end. We found everything we needed in the home to make our stay comfortable. It is within walking distance of city paths along the river and is in the quietest neighborhood --with still being close to main roads and businesses.

We visited for a work trip with the family and our stay was great. Family loved the jacuzzi, how close it was to the city, and the weather was very nice. Overall great stay, would 100% recommend. Thank you arrive for a great weekend.
