The location of this cabin is perfect! It's walking distance to the Village, bike shop and SHARC. We enjoyed the bikes, hot tub, and the SHARC passes included in the rental. Amazing stay!

Very clean - super cozy. We noticed how clean and pristine the house was upon entering - definitely taken well care of - a great welcome, especially for a dog-friendly home. My pup also enjoyed the home, and the ability to explore the trees & trails around the home. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and slept well. Also loving that the home is still in the "forest" feel, but so close to The Village and Sharc. We enjoyed the Sharc passes for some dips in a really fun and family friendly pool, especially my 9 yo nephew. The larger dining table was very welcome for family meals and games nights. Communication was fantastic - we ran into a few "user error" issues with the stovetop and a/c unit and communication was prompt and friendly, even on the weekend. Thank you for a great stay.

New years family ski trip

We stayed new years day 2024 for the entire week with our 3 young children for a ski trip to mt bachelor. The house is a great value price which my husband really loved, my kids loved the being 2 min from the sharc and i like having the village so close that i could walk for morning coffee or a quick run for groceries if needed. The house is small, living therej full time with 3 rambunctios children would wear on us but for vacation it has everything you need. The added sharc passes, closet of kid games and hot tub ammenities make this house enjoyable all week. We didnt end up making a fire but we could have. After hitting the slopes all day the hot tub was great. We planned to prepare meals, the kitchen was stalked with basic cookware and we appriciated the coffee filters and grinder. The tv in the master was nice after putting kids to bed. The bunk room with a queen was great for our kids. The master bath shower was scalding hot (wich i love) its the worst when you can only get luke warm water. There is trash pick up twice a week which is probbaly necessary, our only grip is the noise when the trash guys haul the cans from the back of the house to the front- woke up kids too early. Juat sucks on vacation. But i wish our trash got picked up twice a week at home! Lol. This isnt the house to rent if you want pretty updated, show room beauty to entertain. Its perfect for young kids. Its. Got two bathrooms and washer and dryer and a huge closet right by the door for all the ski gear to dry. It was well stocked with plenty of towles too. We actually didnt use them all. The house is pet friendly- we dont have pet the house didnt smell nor was it obvious that pets had been there. It was clean upon arrival, no complaints there.

This cozy cabin has it all. It is really well set-up for guests. It is walking distance from the Village and is close to all other activities in the Sun River community. We do not think that it could have been any cleaner when we arrived. No issues whatsoever. Thank you for the opportunity to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfy and cozy! Added bonus, so close to the mall! We could walk to the bakery for breakfast and lots of close by places to choose from for dinner. I grew up going to Sunriver as a kid and really want an opportunity for my kiddos to create similar memories.
We would definitely stay at this home again! I think the only thing that might be nice is adding a little more lighting as the home is a little dark.
I can't say enough about what a wonderful place it was to stay. It checked all the boxes and then some for us.

This was the perfect little rental! We have never been to sun river and it gave us a great location, good space, and things to do for a good price! We celebrated my sons first birthday as a family here and it was such a great experience! We will definitely be making this a yearly trip now! The rental staff was helpful and responsive when needed, the house was clean and just enough room. Very good experience overall!

charming home however the base board heater was on and could not find a way to turn it off. House was over 80 degrees when we came in. Issue was not resolved on first call. 2nd call instructed us to turn off breaker box then maintenance came by (very nice man). he was surprised cleaning crew had not noticed. Blinds by couch are broke, would not close.
beyond that, the house was fine and we'd gladly stay again (now that we know how to adjust heat ). Need some kindling or an ax for fireplace.

Two things for improvement 1) having a smart tv capable of using streaming services would be a good addition 2) the heat was not working appropriate- first it was freezing, less than 60 degrees in the house and the base heaters were not meant to work as was posted everywhere, they started working (only in lounge room not in bedrooms) and then it was so hot! 78degrees in the house. I spoke with you guys several times and unsure if maintenance ever came?

We had a fantastic time at Grizzly 7. The location can't be beat- 2 minute walk to the Village, 5-10 minute walk to SHARQ and 15 minute bike ride to Fort Rock Park. The house was really clean and had everything we needed plus extras that made it seem more like home. We were looking for a place with AC, pet friendly, close to the Village and had SHARQ passes. This house checked all the boxes and we will definitely be back!

This was the PERFECT rental for our family of four (me/my spouse, our almost-7-yo boy, and our 1-yo golden retriever). It was very clean, a quick walk to The Village (including the Sunriver Brewpub, the grocery store, and--our favorite--Goody's), and an almost-too-short-drive (so we could easily walk) to the SHARC. We spent most of our time outdoors (walking, biking, at the SHARC and even a raft float down the Deschutes!) and felt right at home when we returned. The bike path runs behind the property, and it was fun to greet our "neighbors" and passersby while we ate our BBQ'd dinner, or lounged out back as a family .Furnishings were simple (IKEA), but again, clean (though some of the couch throw pillows could use a quick spot cleaning!); and the bed pillows, sheets and towels were quite luxurious (at least to our family!). The kitchen was well-equipped and the house as a whole had all the comforts of home (including a TV we used only the first night after our too-long drive from home). They even had a small selection of books and movies (I think??), as well as some games and a bottle of bubbles--but don't forget the bikes (some looked brand new!) and the AWESOME unlimited-use SHARC passes! While there was no central A/C, we left windows cracked open and ran the fans through the night (then shut them up in the morning), and the place stayed relatively cool. Again, it was the perfect getaway. All that said, please don't tell your friends about this place. It already looks like it books up quickly, and we'd love to be able to stay there every time we are in Sunriver! ;)
Convenient, Comfortable and Well Equipped

On a quiet cul-de-sac right near the village, this 2 bedroom served our needs perfectly for a combined Thanksgiving and family wedding weekend. With snowy conditions, we were able to easily walk to everything we needed, including the nearby coffee shop, sweet shop, groceries and restaurant - just wish we'd thought to bring our XC skis (you can rent them right in the village). The home was better than expected. Especially compared to the two much larger houses where our relatives stayed, our kitchen was very well organized and stocked with everything we needed, from a large electric pancake griddle to a few essential spices, sugar, coffee and oil – even a drawer with tape, scissors and other useful items. We enjoyed the TV and fireplace, the large dining table and eating bar, and the comfortable master suite. The included SHARC passes were a welcome bonus, as was learning about the nearby Sage Spa.

We had a great time in Sunriver! 7 Grizzly was perfectly located to the Village, we just walked for 5 min to get there. The bedrooms are big and love that it had 2 bathrooms! The kitchen had all the dishes, oil, pans, ect we needed. We all went for a few long bike rides with the bicycles that were provided and had a great time! We didn't make it to Sharc, but we will the next time!

This is our second season that we have stayed in 7 Grizzly. As was the first season our stay was memorable. The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances worked well. The added plus is the washer/dryer. My wife and I brought our two grand daughters ages 6 and 3 so the washer/dryer got a good workout. The beds were comfortable and the girls very much enjoyed the bunks. I really enjoyed the hot tub. It was very clean and easy to use. The proximity of the house is wonderful. A short walk to the village as well as the Sharc. We are already looking forward to our third stay next season.

Very clean and comfortable home. Had all the amenities, such as a well stocked and nicely designed kitchen, comfortable, clean furniture, well maintained home, two flat screen TV's, full size washer and dryer, nice showers and bathrooms, cruiser bikes, some golf clubs, BBQ, bedding and beds were very nice (we slept well). We loved the location, perfect for walking into the village for a morning coffee and the SHARC is .45 miles away, so that too was a quick walk. We loved our stay and will be back again for sure. FYI, no garage or hot tub, but that wasn't a big deal at all, there's a storage shed next to the back deck. Also, no AC, but the house stayed nice and cool, so AC wasn't needed. There were three of us, but the house could have easily handled a family of 4-5.
Convenient, Comfortable and Well Equipped

On a quiet cul-de-sac right near the village, this 2 bedroom served our needs perfectly for a combined Thanksgiving and family wedding weekend. With snowy conditions, we were able to easily walk to everything we needed, including the nearby coffee shop, sweet shop, groceries and restaurant - just wish we'd thought to bring our XC skis (you can rent them right in the village). The home was better than expected. Especially compared to the two much larger houses where our relatives stayed, our kitchen was very well organized and stocked with everything we needed, from a large electric pancake griddle to a few essential spices, sugar, coffee and oil – even a drawer with tape, scissors and other useful items. We enjoyed the TV and fireplace, the large dining table and eating bar, and the comfortable master suite.
The included SHARC passes were a welcome bonus, as was learning about the nearby Sage Spa.

This was a perfect house for our family of 3. It was in a wonderful part of SunRiver - close to the Village and fast to get out to go skiing up at Mt. Bachelor. It was right on a bike trail and the SHARC passes were great to use for the hot tub and pool.

We stayed mid-May for 4 nights, obviously before the summer rush, and had a really nice, quiet, visit, which was exactly what we needed. The house was perfectly clean, and the hot tub ready to use. The kitchen contained every tool and appliance we needed, and the furnishings were comfortable. Nice location near the village, but not so near that you hear traffic. We had a mule deer walk up to our window twice and had some fun birdwatching from the living room. We would definitely stay again--nice, comfortable place.

We just stayed at 7 Grizzly Lane in Sunriver and had a fantastic time! The home was cozy and met all of our needs for a family of 4. The kids loved their room with Bunk beds. The bed in the master was not super comfy, but we are spoiled at home with our California King. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the hot tub was great! What you just can't beat is the location. Quick walk or bike ride to the Village and the big bonus were the SHARC passes, a full day of fun that saved us $100! Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great weekend in Sunriver over the Labor Day holiday! This house was a perfect fit for our family of 3. We even had 2 extra beds next time we will fill them with friends. The bathrooms are recently updated and were fantastic. The shower in the master bathroom had good water pressure and a good size. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget and cooking appliances that you need during your stay. The living room was a little dark with the wood panels but there is a ton of lights to use in the evening. There is a hot tub outside on the deck which was nice in the late evenings. We did have an issue with one of the bikes but the rental company brought us a new one. It was a little hard to get in the master as I'm a petite person.
We can't wait to book our next stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Grizzly 7! The house had everything we needed and its location couldn't have been better. We were within a very short bike ride to both Sharc and the village which was perfect for our kids (7 and 5). The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived, but we appreciated how quickly Jennifer got it taken care of, and we were able to enjoy the hot tub for most of our stay. I highly recommend this home and we plan to return to this house! This was our second time renting a home through Sunriver Pines and I have been pleased both times with the houses, as well as the ease of the check-in/check-out process.

This is a great place to stay. So close to the Village and SHARC - it was nice to be able to walk home after family movie night at the Village. Great beds and dressers and the master bath has a large shower with nice hot water. Kitchen was well organized and has just what you need, including a coffee pot, and the pots and pans were in good condition. The tableware was simple and clean. The cabin is cozy and but not cluttered. Cruiser style bikes were provided with a nice bike lock to use as well.

Perfect family-friendly retreat: great location, unlimited SHARC use, and all the amenities/comforts of home. Fully stocked (eg, kitchenware, appliances, coffee, pool towels, laundry & dishwasher soap, etc) so all you need to bring are clothes and food. For the price/value, five stars. Jennifer at SRP went above and beyond in service, responding to all emails, questions and details quickly — including returning a load of laundry we left in the dryer on checkout.

Upon arrival at Grizzley #7 I found the house to be very clean, orderly and tidy. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed items you would normally find in the kitchen. We had some wonderful meals. I especially appreciated the very clean coffee maker :) There were plenty of towells for use in the house and at the SHARC. The bikes were great fun and the cart for the little ones came in very handy. The beds were comfortable and the granddaughters loved the bunks. My wife and I had a wonderful time with the granddaughters at the SHARC, library and pickle ball courts with the play area next to the courts. The nature center was great for the girls along with the ride there on the bikes. Our 5 day stay was not long enough. We will be back hopefully staying at Grizzley #7. The trip was a complete success. Thank you for the use of this wonderful house.

We just returned from spending 9 nights in 7 Grizzly. It was everything promised. Great location, very well stocked kitchen, and clean. The hot tub had just been installed which we enjoyed. It is pet friendly so our Golden Retriever was able to join us. We would stay there again!

This clean well maintained 2 bedroom home was perfect for us. We had three adults and one child. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of nice quality. They had just put in a hot tub a couple of days before we arrived, which was very enjoyable after a day of hiking. The location was perfect being right near The Village with shops, restaurants, coffee, bakery, recreational rental shops, bank, and Sunriver Brewery. The SHARC center was just a short bike ride away. The bike trail is right behind the house which allows you to ride many miles without having to worry too much about traffic. Great place to stay while in Sunriver.

My family stayed for a long weekend here and really enjoyed it! The house was clean and comfortable and very conveniently located. We enjoyed using the supplied bikes and SHARC passes. The hot tub was installed while we were there so we were able to use it for one day, and it was great! We will definitely be back.
