Whatever you decided to call it, our 27 Gannet home will call to you and your eight guests! And the best news of all? This sweet two-story home has been remodeled and upgraded.

Welcome Home

Even though your stay with us is temporary, the welcoming ambience and warm style of 27 Gannet will still make you feel comfortable and at home. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry finished with a warm golden glow. Allowing the cook of the day to move around easily, this cheerful spot is the heart of the home. The dining area, located just outside the kitchen in this open concept floor plan, seats seven, and the breakfast bar offers space for three more, allowing all travelers to dine with each other whenever they choose.

In the living area, vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and soft sofas and chairs create an area that is warm, cozy, and well lit. Falling asleep on the couch in front of the fireplace happens quite frequently, so if you want to see the end of the movie you’re watching on the big screen television, you may want to sit upright in the chair by the window!

When it’s time to retreat for the night, the master suite, furnished with a king size bed, is a serene and peaceful space with a private patio entrance to the hot tub on the porch! Tucked away behind a pony wall, guests can simmer happily and in private without fear of being spied on by anyone they don’t want to be seen by, and the private bath is a luxury that yes, you do deserve! Another half bath is located downstairs, meaning you won’t have to share except in the case of extreme emergencies.

The second bedroom and full bath shared by this room and the bunkroom is upstairs and features another king bed topped with luxurious bedding and peaceful décor, while the third bedroom is home to two sets of bunkbeds; the whispers and happy giggles of children sharing secrets long after they are supposed to be asleep will just be another happy memory in a few years, and this family vacation is destined to provide many more memorable moments you will never want to forget.

The loft area contains another plush seating area, television, and some space to play your favorite video game for more entertainment options. As we finish the tour, a very handy laundry room comes with a full-size washer and dryer. Pack light and save room for all the fun tchotchkes and souvenirs you’ll want to bring home!

In addition to the hot tub, outside guests will find a barbecue grill for dinners al fresco, trails for hiking, and access to the community pool and hot tub. In the garage, even more opportunities for fun, including bikes, kayaks, a canoe, ping pong table and a foosball table, are provided for your enjoyment! Eight Unlimited Use SHARC passes are also a part of the 27 Gannet package, and families traveling with infants can leave the portable playpen and highchair at home without fear; a pack and play and booster seat that attaches to the dining room chairs is provided at no extra cost. 

Finally, as if all these amenities and comforts weren’t enough, we understand that sometimes our family members aren’t just of the two-legged variety; your fur babies are very important to you, and as such, with prior approval and the promise to kennel your babies when left unattended, a $15 per pet/per night fee allows you to bring Fido on this Oregon adventure!
