As you start scanning through our available vacation homes, you will soon come to realize that each home offers its own unique style, and our 2 Sarazen home is no exception. The first difference will be immediately apparent as this reverse living two-story home features first floor bedrooms and bathrooms, with the living, dining, and master bedroom found on the second floor. The downstairs bedrooms are spacious and cheerful, featuring premium furnishings, including built-in bookcases in some of the rooms, and views that visitors will never get boring. Bathrooms designed with high end cabinets, countertops, and fixtures alleviate morning traffic jams. A full laundry room completes our tour of the first floor, so let’s head upstairs and explore the public spaces and that all important master suite!

As you climb the stairs, the wood dining table and dining area is probably the first thing you will notice, as it is open to the floors below. Separated by a sturdy wood railing, it offers a nice place to stand and survey the natural beauty of the rental. In the open kitchen, granite countertops and custom cabinets with uppers that are glass-fronted keep the kitchen feeling spacious, bright, and welcoming. The living area offers vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace made of stone is a prominent focal point and a warm place to cuddle on a cold winter’s night. Southwest style furnishings in this Northwest style home offers a welcoming note to the neutral walls and wood-trimmed windows. Comfortable and plush, they are our second favorite place to sit.

Our top favorite areas in the house are actually located outside. Multiple decks facing in all directions offer views of the Woodlands Golf Course, driving range, and the water. One of the private decks offers a hot tub for a refreshing night at home. With amenities like these, you won’t need to wander far from the confines of this special property!

The master retreat features its own private balcony, soft carpeted floors that feel good beneath your feet, and soft neutral walls that are peaceful and serene. Our owner’s attention to detail allows guests to have the best night’s sleep! An attached garage keeps your car out of the elements, while a barbecue for those fun evenings in, unlimited passes to SHARC Aquatic Center for 10 guests, and air conditioning ensure that every moment of your stay will be comfortable and fun. This home also accepts pets with prior approval and the receipt of $15 per night/per pet; just be sure to keep them off the furniture and in a crate when left home alone. Bikes in the garage, high chair, and a portable crib provided for guests offer more proof that we think of everything!
