Unlike many of the private homes you may have already looked at, this property on Colonial is truly designed for groups of travelers, featuring five master suites which break down into four king master suites and one bunk suite which is perfect for the kids or the group of bachelors that came without families. All of the suites are decorated in calming, neutral colors, contain premium beds, offer bathrooms with standalone showers or tub/shower combinations, and are furnished in light woods making each room a perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. The bunk suite features two sets of bunk beds separated by a desk, and because free Wi-Fi is included in the price of the rental, this is a perfect spot to check out emails from work or upload pics to your favorite social network site.

In the public areas of this impressive place, you can expect the same neutral color scheme and attention to detail you find in the private spaces. The living area offers plush furnishings strategically placed so occupants can enjoy the flat screen television, stay warm in front of the stone fireplace, or simply marvel at the breathtaking views visible through oversized windows. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and fully equipped, offering custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a professional chef’s gas stove in stainless steel; you may never choose to create a meal during your stay, but it’s always nice to have the option! The dining area is located just outside the kitchen in this open concept home and showcases those same amazing views found in the living area and private spaces throughout the house. The soothing scenery is a great addition to a delicious meal, even if it is just pizza you ordered from a nearby pizza joint.

Open to the ceiling, the upstairs hallway offers a modern focal point, with white metal rails contrasting nicely against the only cobalt blues in and otherwise neutral vacation rental home in Sunriver. The back deck of our 1 Colonial vacation home away from home is quite possibly the spot where you will spend most of your waking hours; featuring amazing views and a hot tub, it’s great for relaxation and recharging. An attached garage holds a collection of bikes, making it easy to explore the bike paths that traverse Sunriver, and a portable crib and high chair is provided for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

No pets are allowed in this particular home, but many of our other Sunriver Pines vacation escapes are pet friendly, so don’t give up the search yet! And finally, although you may not ever have the need to use it, this perfect property does have central air conditioning for your comfort.
