Step inside and enjoy a space designed for relaxation and style. The open-concept layout is bright and inviting, featuring large windows and tall ceilings that let in plenty of natural light.
The living room is a cozy retreat with a plush gray sofa, colorful pillows, and leather armchairs, all arranged around a striking floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. A Southwest-inspired rug adds warmth, while the glass-topped coffee table and large flat-screen TV make it a perfect spot to unwind.
Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen and dining area make cooking and dining a pleasure. The kitchen boasts sleek stainless-steel appliances, dark wood cabinetry, and polished black granite countertops. Enjoy meals at the chic checkerboard dining table, which comfortably seats six.
When it’s time to rest, The Waverly offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The queen bedroom is conveniently located on the main level, while the upstairs master suite features a luxurious king bed, premium linens, and access to a private deck with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
Step outside and enjoy the best of desert living. Sliding doors from the living room and kitchen lead to a private courtyard complete with comfortable loungers, a dining table, and a gas grill—perfect for al fresco meals.
