Condo is above Doppio Coffee, right downtown - right on Oak Street. Noise is not too bad, the bedroom is furthest from the street. If guest is concerned about peace & quiet then this is not the ideal rental for them
Parking in underground garage - 1 car only:
Parking Guidelines - The HOA is very strict and guest will be fined if they violate parking or dumpster rules. This information, below is in the Welcome and in the condo Welcome
Park in space #14 - left hand side of the garage - almost in the middle of parking structure. Look for the Arrived sign.
Parking: Fees will be assessed to guests:
1. Parking oversized vehicles in the garage.
2. Leaving a vehicle unattended while loading or unloading
3. Parking in any space other than #14.
If your vehicle is so large that it sticks out into the drive aisle or your neighbor cannot open their car door comfortably then the car does not belong in the garage. Please find alternate parking.
