River Ridge 416B

Located above the Deschutes River in a forested area, River Ridge 416B is a cozy Bend, Oregon condo just perfect for one or two people.  We offer free Wi-Fi and cable. You will always feel comfortable with the free air conditioning that is in the condo. Please note there is not a full kitchen.

Living Area

When you walk through the doors of the Bend, Oregon condo, you will see a cozy sofa in the corner. Not only is it a comfortable place to rest, but it folds out into a bed. There is a desk where you can plug in your laptop and work, and a mini fridge for storing snacks and drinks. There is also a flat screen television, so you can unwind at the end of the day. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of comfortable bedding. There is plenty of closet space and there are two nightstands to hold that book you have been reading. The bathroom is sparkling clean and has up to date fixtures. We stock the bathroom with toiletries, in case you should forget anything.

The River Ridge is a beautiful green community that has a heated swimming pool for its visitors to enjoy. It is convenient to bike paths and there is a hiking trail that leads right to the river on the property. You will never have to waste a minute’s time looking for a laundromat because the property has an on-site laundry.

Things to Do Nearby

Bend, Oregon offers the most diverse set of activities that you will find in any vacation hot spot. You can visit the High Desert Museum, where you will learn about the history of Oregon, from the time it was occupied by Native Americans, to the days of Lewis and Clark to the state’s role in WWII. You will meet and learn about many of the animals that are indigenous to the area.

If you would rather spend your time exploring the city, you can take a stroll downtown where you will find plenty of adorable little shops and art galleries. You can also try some of Bend’s most famous restaurants. Take a culinary trip around the world at Spork or enjoy a big breakfast in a cozy atmosphere at The McKay Cottage.

If it’s libations you prefer, you can take a bike tour of the many breweries in town, or just stop into any one of the downtown pubs.
