Northern Lights was a great property to stay during our visit to the Columbia Gorge. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the fresh coffee beans in our morning coffee! The host checked in often, asking if we needed anything. The restaurants, bars, bakery and grocery store in White Salmon were all in walking distance to the house. I would definitely rent this property again!

Clean house and great location. We enjoyed our stay. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the half bath downstairs because the listing doesn't show it. With three women in the house the extra bathroom was great

A very large kitchen accommodated our family nicely. It was well stocked with all the things you need for preparing food for a group. The dining table was large - perfect for playing table games and enjoying time together. Better instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. It also would have been good to know that there were many stairs - no main floor bedroom made it difficult for a member of our party. We loved how close it was to walk to the little market and to the White Salmon Baking Co. - DELISH!!! We visited every day! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and daughter both were enthusiastic about the home: large and generously stocked kitchen ready for cooking if desired; a big screen TV in the living and another TV in the primary bedroom; comfortable beds; eclectic art and furniture, not dazzling but fit the space; all supplies a visitor could need - dish soaps, bathroom needs including a first aid kit; and, easy walking access to downtown White Salmon and an easy drive to Hood River and beyond.

There were 3 couples staying at this home, 2 of the couples in our 50's, one couple in their 80's. Each had their own room with a queen size bed. Master bath had a full bathroom. There was also another full bathroom upstairs for the other 2 bedrooms. There was a half bath on the main level which one couple kept all their toiletries in so none of were ever waiting for use of a bathroom. All rooms are upstairs with good lighting on the stairs, handrail and easy stairs to climb. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have seen. Plenty of seating in the living room for all of us to sit and chat as well as on the back porch where we spent most of our time. Beds were all comfortable. House and hot tub were all clean. Parking for 3 cars available. Easy walk to downtown White Salmon and short car ride (10 min) to Hood River. Toll bridge each time you cross the bridge for $3.50. Very clear instructions on how to access the home as well as close it up. Departure was easy with little required (take out garbage, load dishwasher and start it). We all commented on the comfort of the home, how bright and cheerful it was and how much we enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again if returning to White Salmon.

This was the most inviting, well stocked and comfortable place to stay the 4 of us have experienced. Directions we clear, entry was no problem, location was great for wine tasting plus, the hot tub was a bonus. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

We stayed 6 nights at Northern Lights to visit family. It is super clean, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is updated and well stocked!!! Hot tub was fabulous. Beds great. My Hood view is incredible. Would definitely book again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, well equipped, large wonderful kitchen, nearby park to exercise your pet. We came to watch the PAC-12 Women's Basketball Tournament. Timely and helpful in getting the streaming to TV set up for us. Beautiful view of Mount Hood. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The home had an easy system for unlocking and locking, which the three of us appreciated, and a very well-stocked kitchen with dishware and cooking ware. Everything worked well, and we enjoyed the couches in the living room.

The house was spacious, clean and has a well appointed kitchen. It is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. On our arrival day, the fridge broke and had to be replaced, Arrived was great about contacting us and letting us know what to expect. They provided a cooler and lots of ice to keep our food cold until the new fridge was up and running. We would stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying here! The house is very comfortable and so well stocked with anything you could possibly need! The kitchen was so fun to cook family meals and the fish we had caught during the day. All the towels and washer and dryer were great for rainy days and using the amazing hot tub!

2nd time staying at Northern Lights in less than a year. Very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen well appointed, big tv for when it was needed. And the hot tub was great. Loved walking to town, short drive to Hood River and the orchards. Fantastic house!

The house had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was wonderful. The location cannot be beat. It was a quick walk to the main street where all of the restaurants and shops are. Although the ground level is shown in the pictures, it is rented out separately and not part of the house to use.

We a absolutely loved this home! We are Airbnb Superhosts and have pretty high expectations and this home checked off all the boxes. Very clean, well stocked, close to downtown Hood River, fabulous hot tub and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is huge and was also was filled with everything we needed to make meals. Also appreciated the extra blankets and pillows. We will definitely be back!

Loved the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen. Everything was super clean and in good working order. It's walkable to the lovely grocery store. The hot tub was great. Make sure to watch the sunrise from the upstairs deck!

Wonderful place. Northern Lights is in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room were well stocked. Be aware there are 5 steps up to the main living area (from where you park) and all 3 bedrooms are upstairs from the main living area. My husband never seems to be able to find a comfortable chair to relax in (he is a big guy), however the seating was fine for our adult daughter and me. Location was great for our needs and had some very nice views of Mt Hood. You could see the river through the trees. There is a park a couple blocks away which was nice for walking the dog. All in all a nice get-away place for us.

We were very happy with our stay at Northern Lights. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the park, and had some wonderful views of Mt. Hood on the clear days. The spacious kitchen was really nice, and the home overall was very clean and well-organized. Arrived provided prompt assistance when we called having trouble with the door code upon check in. Will definitely look to Arrived again when we are staying in this area or in Bend!

Our stay in White Salmon was wonderful. The house is centrally located for easy walks to town. A very spacious open concept house with a wonderful covered deck. The kitchen is well equipped and set up for entertaining. There is an apartment underneath so you don't have the whole house. Not much of a yard for dogs but a lovely park is 2 blocks away to take your dog. I would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay in White Salmon. The home itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. We had a few minor inconveniences (no coffee pot or gas in the grill and no soap/shampoo in the shower) but otherwise thought the modern home was quite nice with a lovely view and easy access to the amenities in White Salmon. We would definitely stay here again.
