Ruben and Ozzy’s Oyster Bar & Grill is a relaxed, open-view kitchen serving seafood, steaks, pasta, and taco dishes in Palm Springs. Ruben and Ozzy are brothers who have been working as chefs for more than two decades. They are known among many locals for their friendly personalities were working at restaurants in town before loyal customers, family, and friends encouraged them to open their own restaurant.
The Menu
The bar and grill is one of the top places to eat in Palm Springs for serving some of the best and freshest seafood in town, with gorgeous views of the San Jacinto Mountains. They are famous for their crab enchiladas, fresh lobster, fresh grilled swordfish, and bucket of shrimp. Their most famous dish is their fish taco, which they sell hundreds of each night. All of their dishes include seafood or meat, so this is not a good restaurant for vegans and vegetarians.
The kitchen is located directly behind the bar, so you can chat with the chefs and watch them cook your meals. They have a large covered outdoor patio with heated lamps for when the evenings cool down. They also have a full-service bar with a late-night happy hour and drink specials from 9 p.m. to close.

Ruben and Ozzy’s Oyster Bar & Grill is located on Tahquitz Canyon Way across from the spa hotel. There is a parking lot behind the building. They are open Monday – Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m., Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 11 pm. Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m.
