Copley’s on Palm Canyon is one of the finest restaurants in Palm Springs. This award-winning restaurant and bar serves upscale American cuisine with a European twist. The restaurant is located on the historic Cary Grant Estate with stucco walls and a large outdoor patio lined with stately palm trees and views overlooking the gorgeous Santa Rosa Mountains.

The head chef Andrew Copley has an extensive culinary background with two decades of experience. He uses the finest meats and the freshest locally-sourced seafood and produce to create innovative and distinctive dishes. The refined menu at Copley’s on Palm Canyon is always changing, and Chef Copley uses seasonal ingredients to create fresh and delicious dishes. They have a variety of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian dishes as well. The bar at Copley’s serves local craft beer, the finest wines from around the world, and specialty craft cocktails.
Events
Copley’s on Palm Canyon can also host weddings, receptions, and garden cocktail parties. The inside of the restaurant can fit 20 – 55 people, and the large outdoor patio can comfortably host up to 150 people. The outdoor patio has an intimate and romantic setting with gorgeous mountain views, chic outdoor string lights, exquisite fountains, a fire pit, and a custom-built wood-burning stove. Private groups can either order off the regular menu or work with Chef Copley to create a seasonal family-style dinner and dessert.
Visiting Copley’s
Copley’s is one of the most popular Palm Springs restaurants and is only open for dinner from 5:30 p.m. to close. They are open seven days a week from October 1 – June 17. From June 18 – June 30 they are closed on Mondays. They shut down for the summer from July 1 – August 30 and reopen on Labor Day Weekend. They are also closed on Mondays during the month of September. Happy Hour is Sunday – Thursday from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. and they offer a variety of local wines, cocktails, and entrees.
