The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway takes visitors on a journey over Chino Canyon, exposing them to awe-inspiring views of one of the most iconic natural landmarks in Palm Springs. At the tram station at the top of the mountain, there are two restaurants, multiple observation decks, a natural history museum, a cocktail lounge, a gift shop, and over 50 miles of hiking trails.

We recommend purchasing tickets for the tram online at least 24 hours in advance (but not more than 6 weeks in advance) if you wish to secure an exact time. However, you can also purchase tickets at the station. Tickets are priced between $16.95 and $25.95 depending on age for just riding the tram, while Ride ‘n’ Dine tickets cost $23.50-$36.00. Summer passes and annual passes are also available. Parking costs $5.00 (unless you have a summer or annual pass, in which case it is free) and opens at 7:00am daily.

In the winter, the tram runs from 10:00am until 8:00pm on Monday through Friday and from 8:00am to 8:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Summer hours last from May 25th through September 1st, during which time you can ride the tram from 10:00am to 8:00pm on Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 9:00pm on Fridays through Saturday and holidays, and from 8:00am to 8:00pm on Sundays.
