pFriemd Family Brewers is Belgian Inspired
pFriem Family Brewers began as the brainchild of 3 friends who met at a children’s birthday party and decided to open a brewery with each other and their families, creating a uniquely family run atmosphere in the brewery setting.
On the menu, the selection of beer is vast and covers classics and seasonal brewed in the Belgian style, inspired by brewery owner Josh pFriem’s time spent biking through Belgium. From household beers like their wit, pilsner, IPA, blonde IPA, Belgian strong blonde, and Belgian strong dark, to seasonal releases like the Lemon Zest Farmhouse Ale, the Jammy Pale Ale, the Super Saison, and the Vienna Lager, pFriem Brewery has a range of options for all tastes.
At their tasting room, you can also enjoy light pub bites with your Belgian inspired craft beer. The menu rotates occasionally, but examples of the brewery’s offerings include marinated olives, lentil croquettes, hand cut fries, a house salad, house pickled vegetables, local cheeses, house made bratwurst, mussels and fries, poutine, gourmet mac and cheese, burgers, and crispy Garbanzo beans flavored with five spice curry, honey mustard, or salt and vinegar. Inventive seasonal dishes tempt your palate, such as berry and chevre salad, steak and stoemp, crispy rockfish, and bratwurst sandwiches.
