Pets are only permitted in pet friendly homes and with approval and pet fee paid prior to arrival. There is a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must not be left at home alone, unless crated or kenneled. No pet droppings left outside or damage inside, or additional charges will be incurred.

Can I send mail to my rental?
Any shipped items should be sent to the local office, not to the home. Contact us prior to ordering for more information. We will not be able to retrieve them from the home’s box for you.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in 4:00pm. Check out 11:00am.

Does my rental have a bike?
Bikes are available for your use at some of our homes. Bikes are not guaranteed to be working at the time of check in. We will do everything possible to fix them if there are any issues but this sometimes takes time.
