The Pine Shed

Headquartered in downtown Bend, Oregon, in the “Pine Shed” (an old mechanic’s shop in the Old Mill area), this chic industrial space boasts polished reclaimed wooden beam ceilings, shining chrome fixtures, overstuffed vintage leather couches, and the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee. Admire the lovingly restored classic motorcycles that dot the periphery of this rugged yet inviting café, then belly up to the bar and order your favorite coffee pour or handcrafted espresso beverage. The retail space features a sampling of Spoken Moto’s in-demand clothing and apparel offerings, along with coffee accessories, cycling paraphernalia, and bags of locally-roasted Megaphone Coffee.

The Bar

Here the suds are side by side with their bangin’ cold brew, so your refreshment decisions are twice as difficult, and twice as delicious. Grab a single-origin drip coffee that is piping hot, rich, and smooth, or snag one of their smooth cold brew coffees brewed overnight and as velvety and rich as taking a vintage bike down an empty highway through the Deschutes National Forest. Try their specialty and seasonal coffees like The Castro, The Remy, or The Cascade, a decadent blend of cold brew coffee, mint, and orange peel. Of course, you can always forego the caffeine and turn your visit into a party with a seat on the overstuffed couches beneath the glittery disco ball with a freshly poured IPA, smoky porter, seasonal saison, or funky farmhouse ale from neighboring breweries like Crux, Deschutes, and more.
