This place was magical! Fantastic location, where you can walk or bike to the park or downtown. Rustic and charming style with all the amenities you need plus some extras. Beautiful view of mirror pond and the river. Would definitely stay here again!

Location Location Location! Well stocked authentic cabin ambiance with plenty of room for 4 people and great views of Drake Park. Very clean inside with a comfy bed. We hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mirror Pond. The views from the home of the river and park are beautiful and we enjoyed watching the many ducks and geese. The close proximity to the many activities and restaurants nearby was also a plus. Thanks.

The view, and general serenity of the place, is off the hook. The place is rustic to be sure, but the beds are comfy and the location cannot be improved upon. Would book again in a minute!

What a great place to stay! Close enough to walk to Old Town, and very peaceful with Mirror Pond views. Everything was very clean and the fireplace was great for during our rainy stay!

This was a lovely place to stay - close to downtown, easy access to skiing, big fireplace,and the unexpected pleasure of watching a wide variety of ducks out the big picture window. Birdwatchers...we saw Buffleheads, Widgeons, Ringnecks, Wood Ducks, Merganzers, Golden Eyes...

Beautiful view. Very clean, peaceful. Comfortable bed. There is a mr. Coffee full pot coffee maker. Fortunately they left coffee beans amd a grinder because I brought k cups. We stayed in winter and would love to come back. Just across the river from pine tavern and downtown. Good spot for 1 couple or girls night as 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Location was wonderful. House was clean and in good shape for such an old building with beautiful views over the pond and the fall foliage and even saw a deer nibbling grasses in the backyard. Two suggestions for improvement: rework the wall in the garage to allow for more room to park a full size SUV (obviously that wall was put up to create a work room space which no longer needed), and for a few $$ upgrade the TVs to "Smart TVs" to allow guest to use their streaming services for movie watching. We loved this house and would recommend it to anyone. We do need to let you know that the TV in living room plays DVDs but cannot access cable. One in bedroom works fine! Our stay was A+ with a great view.

Amazing location for exploring Bend. The views of Mirror Pond are indescribable-you just have to see it. We walked most places—everything is that close. The house is all setup with all you will need to have a great stay. Yes it's a little dated but it's very comfortable and you won't regret staying here. If we come back, this will be “home base” for sure. Everyone at Arrived was very helpful and friendly.

My family and I have stayed at this cozy cottage several times, and this year was very special since we had to have a zoom Christmas last year. Our hosts supplied us with ample wood to keep the home fires burning and the cottage was well supplied with dishes, cookware and towels. The view of mirror pond with accompanying wildlife (geese, ducks, deer, squirrels and a large variety of birds) provided endless viewing enjoyment. The short walk into town for dining or shopping or simply browsing through shop after shop filled up spare time, not to mention snowmobiling, sledding, snowshoeing and hiking. There was something for everyone in the family! So much fun!!!

Mirror Pond was the perfect location for our weekend girl's trip to Bend. Walking distance to shops, breweries and outdoor activities, beautiful view of the pond, clean and very functional. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting Bend.

Our stay was truly restful and the cottage is charming! We enjoyed the back patio and the water view, and had spectacular sunsets as well! The house was very clean, and relaxing. We loved the real fireplace for in the evening and walking into downtown during the days! Kitchen is a bit rustic, but sufficient and it was great to have our own food when we wanted to stay in, and a great dining area for sunny breakfasts!

Our family had a reunion here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the location and view of the water and the ability to walk into town. It was quiet and centrally located. The home is so comfortable - warm, great beds, wood siding which gives it a cabin feel. All the amenities were there. Thank you! If we come back to Bend we are staying here!

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations, from the fully-equipped kitchen to the amenities in the bathrooms, washer dryer and comfy beds. The kids loved feeding the ducks!

Our third visit in three years. Kitchen is well appointed, new deck chairs and kitchen linens this year. As always found the solitude of sitting quietly by the pond to be spirit refreshing. Easy to walk to town and also to Newport Avenue Market area - both with plenty of good restaurants. Only suggestion - time for new bed pillows. The ones we had were old and as solid as bricks. Ended up with sore neck in morning and finally gave up and used sofa cushion as pillow.

Warm, cozy straightforward. It was clean and comfortable. The house is conveniently located, with the pond right out the back door being a major a plus. Nice friendly neighbors. Good pub right around the corner. The dining area is perfect with lots of sunlight, and a great view of the pond and park beyond.

loved the location, close to downtown. we walked to the restaurants every night. very quiet and comfortable. recommend installing a bit bigger bed for master, bed was still very comfortable. will definately stay again in the future.

House was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, coffee, glassware, etc. Nice TV with lots of cable channels. House had nice view of Mirror Pond. Very relaxing. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. Washer and Dryer were very much appreciated. Even had laundry soap. Lots of fire wood, and nice garage, so didn't have to park on street. Felt like home.

Great place for our family Thanksgiving get together. Though Mirror Pond was somewhat seasonally reduced in size, it was fun watching the river and the ducks and geese from the windows. An unexpected snowfall was a bonus! The house and all it's accommodations were perfect for the four adults in our party.

This comfortable house within walking distance of downtown offers a serene view of Mirror Pond and a nice deck for watching the geese. I really liked all the fine wood paneling and nice brass appointments. Wish there had been some oatmeal in the cabinet, but they did provide plenty of good coffee.

There's nothing better than waking up to this gorgeous setting and close proximity to downtown. Mirror Pond is one of our favorite spots in Bend, and to have a vacation right on the pond is perfect!

Cute little house about 20 feet from the water. So close to downtown Bend, we never used the car except one day to buy some groceries. Unfortunately, two days of our visit the temperature was 100 degrees and no AC. But the shady back yard was much cooler and nights cooled off nicely. We would definitely return to this slice of Heaven!

it was perfect for what we wanted. The house is nicely set up for four persons . Location is excellent within walking distance of down town even with the snow we had. The river passing in front was constant source of entertainment as the water fowl keep us amused.
