Excellent stay! Sunriver in mid-april is quiet, private, and beautiful. The place is well taken care of. It does not feel "tired" but perfectly matched the photos. Both king bedrooms were nice and comfortable, facing the hot-tub. Very nice stay for our family!

My family of 5 (wife and teens) really enjoyed all the amenities offered by this property. It was clean, had plenty of room, was well stocked with all kitchen accessories, and the hot tub was amazing! The property was situated in a great location close to the rec center and shopping area. The Deschutes River was nearby and easily accessible. My son caught a beautiful brown trout. Very relaxing property with plenty to do; especially if you like hikes, bike riding, and sight-seeing.

We really enjoyed this house and the area it was in. Near the Sunriver village and the golf course which was taken over by a herd of Elk. The house layout was cool and it had everything we needed, especially a nice hot tub! It was nice having some dry firewood for the fireplace!

My family had a great time staying here! We stayed through Thanksgiving, and there was plenty of firewood for us to stay warm the whole week! The day before Thanksgiving, we noticed that the coffee maker was leaking, and sent a message asking if it would be possible if they could swap ours out with a new one at some point during our stay. I didn't think they'd be able to get to it on Thanksgiving day, and that we'd have to run out and get some coffee or make do without, but they brought one right away.

This was a last-minute trip and was more space than our group of three humans and two dogs needed, but we booked it because it fit our timing. What a lovely spot! We enjoyed how well set up the kitchen was and good space to put together a puzzle and still have room for eating and other activities at the end of a days adventures.

Everything fit the description, we had three kids with us and they loved the loft style bedrooms. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Only thing I didn't realize until after I booked it was NO AC. With 90-100 degree weather it was awful inside the house. We managed but because of that I wouldn't go to this place again during the summer. Other than that it was perfect.

The house was perfect for our summer kickoff family trip. It was perfectly accommodating for my elderly grandmother, a little stairs to get into the house but very doable. The house was clean, right along the bike path leading to SHARC. It was a good central location to many of the things Sunriver offers, we will definitely be back next year! Very Cozy Place to Stay! Been coming to Sunriver for over 4 decades. Our stay was Jan/2023 in the snow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home delivered a sense of Cozy! Ample supply of fresh cut wood. Quiet neighborhood. Only 1 issue to be resolved, downstairs bedroom had zero heat coming from the forced air vent.

We had 6 adults stay over Christmas and loved the house. Even though it is listed as sleeping 6, it comfortably could sleep 9. There was a pullout sofa and a second loft with a twin bed (essentially a 4 bedroom house). The kitchen was the best appointed of any vacation rental we have stayed in. As with all rentals, BYOK (Bring your own knife). The two king bedrooms were a little cold until we closed off the living room vents. The location was great, easy walking on the plowed paths to the village.

It was so clean and fully stocked with anything you could need! We loved the fireplace and the comfortable couch. The bicycles were in great condition and we used them often. The hot tub was nice and big. The only real complaint was the jets in the hot tub were pretty weak and it malfunctioned a couple times, but help was a phone call away. We loved our stay at and hope to come back someday!

I will say its definitely dated but not in a bad way. I'm pretty sure they've updated many things that were negatives in previous reviews. Its proximity to the places we frequent was fab and if you have bikes, you'll be set as it's right next to the bike path on the golf course, 2 minute bike to the SHARC, 5 minute bike to the village and 7-10 to the fort rock park. The house was extremely well stocked in the kitchen. There was truly anything you need for cooking.

The only thing we REALLY lacked was a broom for the kitchen. With two small children, there were a few safety issues that we had to work around like the open side of the porch and the lack of a kidproof deck railing, but overall, it was great. They loved the stairs and the little loft. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries available in the house. We would definitely stay here again. Arrived was a pleasure to deal with as well.

We stayed over Thanksgiving this year, and hope to return next year as we continue this new family tradition. The cabin had everything we needed - lots of cut firewood for warm fires, good kitchen enabling us to cook our dinners, great grill, and hot tub! Loved our morning walks to the Village for coffee as well! The only thing I would suggest (and the only reason I dinged a star on checkin) is to repair the light for the street # pole in the front of the property.
