Jacksons Corner is a counter-service bistro with two locations in Bend. They serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner using all local, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
The Menu
Jackson’s Corner in Bend OR is one of the most popular breakfasts and brunch spots in Bend and is known for their biscuits and gravy, egg dishes, and Bloody Marys. All their egg dishes are made with locally sourced, organic eggs. If you aren’t in the mood for breakfast food, they also serve a selection of salads and sandwiches for lunch. Their meatball sub and Caesar salad are fan favorites, and they use their homemade bread for the sandwiches which is made at their bakery each morning.
Jackson’s Corner dinner menu includes a selection of salads, sandwiches, plates of pasta, and pizza made with their fresh pizza dough, which they make in-house every day. Some of their popular dinner items include their veggie pizza, Thai salad, and their seasonal fusilli pasta dish.
Since Jacksons Corner in Bend OR strives to use all locally sourced and organic ingredients, they have weekly specials based on what is abundant and in season along with their usual menu. They also have a rotating selection of local beer and cider on tap from Crux, Boneyard, Tumalo Cider Co., and Pfriem, as well as a selection of Oregon and Washington wines and seasonal craft cocktails. Both locations also have a kids’ menu.

Both locations for Jacksons Corner are counter service, so walk up and order your food and then find a table either inside the restaurant or on their outdoor patio. Their westside location is at 845 NW Delaware Ave and they are open every day from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. The westside location serves brunch from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. and dinner from 4 p.m. – close.
Their eastside location is at 1500 NE Cushing Dr and is open every day from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. and until 10 p.m. on Friday. The eastside location serves breakfast Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 11 am., brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., lunch every day from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., and dinner every day from 4 p.m. – close.
