You may check-in directly at the rental home. We will provide instructions on how to use our secure entry system approximately two weeks prior to your arrival.

Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival.

Check-out time is 10 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. Late check-out may be available depending on occupancy. An additional fee may apply. Please contact us for further details.

No. We provide professionally cleaned sheets and towels for all our rental homes. However, we ask that you provide your own sheets for the pack-and-play (infant bassinet and play yard), if you wish to use it.

Yes. We offer a supply of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, bath soap, shampoo, dishwashing soap and laundry detergent.

All vacation homes that we manage include a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.

Yes. We offer cleaning services during your stay, if pre-arranged, for an additional fee. Our high housekeeping standards ensure each vacation home is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.

Yes. A one-time check-out cleaning fee is charged for each stay and is dependent on the size of the selected rental home.

Pets are allowed in only our “pet friendly” homes with prior approval and a $15 nightly fee per pet. To avoid any inconvenience, please confirm that the home you are reserving is pet friendly. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding at any time. Pets must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event our housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.

Some vacation rental owners offer bikes for their guests. We encourage guests to check the condition of each bike to ensure they are in safe riding condition.
