One of our coziest vacation rentals in Sunriver, Oregon! 12 Quartz Mountain is a single level rustic cabin newly renovated with modern amenities and flare. Features 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with both a living room and a family room, that is in the heart of Sunriver with easy access to everything! Our home is halfway between Fort Rock Park and SHARC/Sunriver Village and Deschutes River making it an ideal location. We are a couple blocks from Fort Rock Park which offers something for everyone - 18 dedicated PICKLEBALL Courts, tennis, playground, basketball, softball field, sand volleyball, horseshoes, Pavilion shelter to have a picnic or gathering & paths. Easy access to the Sunriver Village or the Deschutes River. This home is perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac and adjoins 15+ acres of forested common space, allowing maximum enjoyment and privacy and expansive views of the forest.
Clearstory windows bring in tons of natural light and the vaulted ceiling makes it feel expansive. The open layout with expansive windows taking in the privacy of the common space and forest feel. The dedicated living room and family room offer a nice separation for gatherings. New Gas fireplace in the living room. The primary bedroom is vaulted and offers a full suite bath with tile step-in shower. Spacious second bedroom offers Queen and twin bunks. The new furniture in each room features convenient charging stations and outlets.
After a day on the slopes or trails, relax in the cozy and well equipped living room.
