EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.All  vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. All occupants must adhere to and respect the City of Cathedral City and the Desert Princess HOA's strict noise ordinances. No music and/or musical instruments are to be played outdoors. Any music played indoors is to be kept at a mild to moderate volume. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Any violations due to violation of noise ordinances or otherwise, are assumed by the responsible party making the rental reservation.

Following your reservation confirmation, host will contact you to obtain a copy of your driver license, State ID or Passport. This is required by the Desert Princess of Palm Springs HOA for all short term vacation rental guests. Vacation Rental Guest Forms that contain guest's personal contact information are required by the City of Cathedral City and the Desert Princess of Palm Springs HOA. These are to be completed prior to checking in. (Host will send these to guests electronically via DocuSign for electronic completion and signatures.) As well as a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Form must be completed prior to stay.
